**IPA with Simcoe Hops - 7.2%** Pouring a beautiful light orange with a gentle, glowing haze, our treatment of Simcoe results in tactfully balanced aromatics featuring notes of grapefruit zest, spicy pine, candied lemon, and white grape. The front of the palate is greeted with an intense citrus juice character that eases its way into a well-structured and nuanced resinous bitterness. Dry, crisp, and medium-bodied, Summer Street straddles the line between a New England and West Coast IPA drinking experience. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**
